4. Fees and Payment

Fees are quoted in local currency. Payments are due upon engagement or as outlined in the invoice. Failure to settle fees may result in suspension of services.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Professional Consulting

Clients may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if no significant work has commenced. After this period or once substantive deliverables are provided, fees are non-reimbursable. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

5.2 Digital Publications

Purchases can be canceled within 7 days of download to receive a full reimbursement. Once a file has been accessed more than twice or substantial content viewed, the purchase becomes non-reimbursable.

5.3 Branded Materials

Unopened items may be shipped back within 30 days at the client’s cost for a reimbursement. Customized or bespoke materials are not eligible for reimbursement due to manufacturing processes.

6. Liability Limitations

Solvian’s total liability is limited to the amount paid under these Terms. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from our offerings.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Effective as of 2025.
